Prompt delivery, freshly roasted, delicious. It would be interesting to know the recipe(s) used to create the blend, e.g. grams in and out, shot length, temperature, and useful to know the sweat spot after roasting (as I would freeze them in that window).

Easy Jose Community Blend has been my number one choice of coffee ever since I first discovered it in a cafe in the Cotswolds well over ten years ago. Its robust yet sumptuous chocolatey fruitiness holds its own perfectly in milk based drinks such as a latte.
I enjoyed the Rwanda coffee beans I'd been regularly ordering, so I chose this seasonal blend because it contained coffee from Rwanda. I like the blend, and shall order it again. However, it would be helpful to see an explanation of why the single source Rwanda beans have apparently been discontinued.
